Teacher wins Women of Achievement Award 2008

Judy Farquhar from Kununurra District High School was announced as the Women of Achievement Award 2008 winner at the International Women’s Day Dinner held on Wednesday, 5 March.

Judy Farquhar from Kununurra District High School was announced as the Women of Achievement Award 2008 winner at the International Women’s Day Dinner held on Wednesday, 5 March.

Judy’s ability to engage students with her Primary Arts program, her respect and involvement in the community and her support for graduate teachers saw her win the award in a year that produced excellent nominations.
