Professional Learning Opportunities
The Department recognises that effective educational leaders in all parts of the system are essential to the achievement of high standards of learning for students. To build the leadership capacity of the organisation, WiL provides a range of quality professional learning opportunities for DET staff through three programs of work: Catalyst, Promoting Women in Leadership and Leading Women.
Staff who participate in opportunities delivered by WiL are also encouraged to continue accessing other general professional learning offered by the Department.
