Catalyst

The opportunities offered in the Catalyst program aim to encourage all staff, women and men, to confidently promote and support women as leaders across all levels of the Department.

It is expected that women and men who engage with this Program will have a raised awareness of women as inspiring and capable leaders, and an enhanced understanding of the Department’s commitment to equity and diversity issues and opportunities for women.

In addition, it is expected that women who engage with this program will have an improved confidence in their use of the skills of influence such as negotiation, effective networking and mentoring relationships, and have acquired new and proactive strategies for accessing career development information.
