2006 Diversity Forum - What Women Want Next

The Forum was a state-wide event to support the Department’s Equity and Diversity Management Plan. In 2006 the Forum addressed the key focus areas of women in leadership. The idea of the Forum was to engage staff with current leadership trends, issues and initiatives, and consult with them about future directions for the Department.
