WiL Guided Study Tours

The WiL Guided Study Tour is a specialised study tour sponsored by the Department’s Professional Learning Program in partnership with the Asia Education Foundation (AEF).  Places in the Tour are offered to aspirant leaders, men and women, who are committed to the cultural growth of the Department demonstrated through their advocacy of the improved status of women in the organisation.

Participation in a WiL Tour will:

• develop fresh perspectives on existing knowledge and experience of leadership
  
• build collegiate relationships
• encourage reflective practice
• improve work practices
• increase knowledge and understanding of Australia’s connections to the Region and the importance of developing Asia literate leaders and students.
