Women of Achievement Dinners
The Women of Achievement Dinners provide a wonderful opportunity for all staff of the Department, women and men, to interact with and listen to women who have made a significant contribution in their field. The dinners are also ideal networking opportunities for participants.
A series of three dinners is held every year. Each dinner revolves around a topic on women and leadership. Women of achievement from within the field of Education and Training as well as from other public sector agencies and private enterprises are chosen to speak at these events.
The dinners are a joint initiative of the Department’s Women in Leadership Strategy and the Leadership Centre of Western Australia.
Invitations to all staff of the Department are advertised regularly in
the Department’s newspaper School Matters and the website of the
Leadership Centre.
