Executive Women Leading Women
This program aims to support women currently in leadership positions, particularly School Principals, Level 8-10 Public Servants, District Directors and Managing Directors in TAFE Colleges. Women in this program are also encouraged to sponsor the career development of female aspirants to leadership across the Department.
It is expected that women who engage with this program will develop a clearly articulated strategic direction for the promotion of women in their portfolios, enhance their leadership skills, particularly as mentors to women aspirants to leadership, and raise their own profile and further potential within the system.

- Mentor training program
- Leading women sundowners
- Corporate membership of AIM
