Case Sketches
The Executive Women Leading Women project was conducted by nine women directors in the Western Australian Department of Education and Training (DET) from October 2005 to April 2006. It comprised the executive tier of the DET Women in Leadership (WiL) program and was designed and facilitated in conjunction with the WA Centre for Research for Women, then at Curtin University of Technology, under the direction of Dr Susan Hall. Each participant was provided with the services of a recorder/researcher supplied by WACRW.
The Executive Women Leading Women project produced innovations that focus on leadership for cultural change, with outcomes that make positive impacts in leadership for women on the culture of the Department and on portfolios of the Directors in the project.
