Features

Promoting Women in Leadership is a comprehensive program of work.  The core features of the program ensure that there is strong, visible support for the participants as well as substantial content with a focus on leadership development.  Support for the participants is promoted through the program formal launch and course graduation.   Aspirants’ leadership development is supported through workshops, peer learning processes and participation in a mentor and work-shadowing scheme.
