Peer Learning

by WiL Admin last modified 18 August 2005, 02.44PM

Peer learning is an integral process in learning cultural literacy and creating change in the workplace.  It involves participants working in small groups to plan for and implement learning goals in their workplaces.

Peer learning processes are dynamic and reviewed regularly.  Progress reports are made to the workshop group and constructive feedback is given by critical friends in the program.

Reports on the groups’ peer learnings are presented at the end of the course to colleagues, sponsors and senior members of the Department.
