Leading Change

Issue:
Performance Management is not happening effectively in the workplace. The Director General has given a six month timeline for the full implementation of performance management at all DET work sites. At the end of this time, all work sties are expected to report on how Performance Management is being conducted at their site. You have been given responsibility to lead this change within the parameters of your own work portfolio.

Task:
Working in your peer learning groups, use the WiL virtual learning community website* as a resource and a communication tool to discuss how you will approach this issue.

2:20 – 3:00pm

Debrief on the exercise (Maggie and Jen), including the use of the website (Paul).
