Structure

The core program consists of a series of workshops delivered over a six month period and a peer learning component. Following the completion of this part of the program, participants are involved in a mentor and work shadowing scheme over a further six month period.

In accepting a place in the program, participants make a commitment to contribute to the on-going development of the WiL virtual learning community and elect to be advocates for women in leadership through their involvement in at least one optional activity such as collegiate groups, reading circles, networking forums, mentoring relationships.

Participants are also encouraged to maintain their professional learning through involvement with continuing leadership programs offered by the system.
