Coaching Program

The Coaching Program is an individualised learning partnership for senior executives of the Department. It provides an opportunity for self-exploration, to establish goals, set an appropriate agenda and to open up a new set of possibilities for participants. The program is currently delivered by the Integral Leadership Centre.

Eligibility to apply for support in accessing this program is available to Departmental employees who are currently substantive or acting public service officers at Level 8 and above. Access to this opportunity is by way of application.
